Desmar PC participated in the second phase of the Nations Market project, a specialized facility dedicated to the production of medically-tailored post-discharge and chronic condition meals, fresh produce boxes, healthy grocery items, and nutritional education for members.

During this phase, Desmar PC performed the complete installation of plumbing infrastructure, including:

Type L copper piping for potable water supply
PVC piping systems for sanitary and kitchen drainage
Installation of bathroom fixtures and specialized kitchen equipment connections

In addition, a comprehensive grease management system was installed, consisting of:

(4) 1500-gallon grease traps
(1) solids interceptor
(1) lift station, fully connected to the existing sanitary sewer system

All work was completed in accordance with local plumbing codes and health department requirements to support commercial kitchen operations.
